Malcolm Clinger

August 20, 1936 — April 21, 2016

Malcolm passed away on April 21st at age 79 after a two-year battle with Merkel Cell Carcinoma, and 17 years after surviving Leukemia (AML).

Born August 20, 1936 in Lewisburg, PA to Malcolm Angstadt Clinger and Margaret Ann Mansel, Malcolm is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Tindle Clinger, three children, William

Tindle Clinger (Bill), Malcolm A Clinger III (Chip) and Mary Elizabeth Clinger (Mimi), six grandchildren and two brothers, David Mansel Clinger and James Mansel Clinger.

Malcolm graduated from Washington & Lee University (W&L) in 1958 and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S Army at Fort Lee, Virginia.

Malcolm began his career at Merrill Lynch in Buffalo, NY and retired as a Managing Director at Swiss Bank Corporation in New York City.

After retiring in 1995, Malcolm and his wife purchased the Little Creek Ranch in Wilson, WY, where they raised Alpacas, travelled, spent time with family and enjoyed life in Wyoming.

Malcolm was an active church member and Rotarian in both Jackson Hole, WY and Paradise Valley, AZ.

A memorial service will be held on June 11th at the Chapel of the Transfiguration in Grand Teton National Park.
