Gary Edge

He was married in Illinois to Rebecca Boekholder and have been married for 44 Years. They had two daughters; Sonya Fae and April Lea. He attended and graduated school in Plattenville, Wisconsin.

Gary was one of Jehovah's Witness and has been very active in the Christian ministry since his mid teens. He and his wife enjoyed volunteer work in New York disaster areas in Louisiana and Jamaica more than once. They were also involved in volunteer work on a local basis, assisting with numerous Kingdom Hall projects in Wyoming, Idaho, Utah , Montana and Oregon.

Gary owned and operated Straight Edge Construction and Home Repair since 1974 in Preston, Idaho, until he retired in 2009. He and his wife also built and operated Edge of the Woods cabins, a weekend rental establishment. Also in Preston.

Gary was known for his love of the outdoors, grandchildren, his honest business dealings and friendly manner. He will be greatly missed by all, and his presence shall be a void in all of his loved ones.

Gary's firm hope in them Bible's promise of resurrection to paradise earth comforted him and his family thru his illness.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca, daughters Sonya (Ray) Saito their children Kaiya (4), Zeden (2) Saito April (Mike) Cunningham and Isaac (1). Services are Saturday at 2:00 pm at the kingdom hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Jackson.
