Cathy Stephens of Jackson, passed away in Salt Lake City on May 16th. She was 68. Services are pending. She is survived by her husband, JT Stephens, son Kelly Stephens, granddaughter Cadie Carter and mother-in-law Juanice Stephens. Condolences may be sent to Cat's family through this site.
